INGREDIENTS:
Rice ½ kg (boiled)
Latif Cooking Oil as required
Egg 2
Chicken 100 gm (boneless, boiled)
Spring onion 2 (chopped)
Cabbage ½ (chopped)
Carrot 2 (small, chopped)
Peas ½ cup
Capsicum 2 (chopped)
Soya sauce 4 – 5 tbsp
White vinegar 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper ½ tsp
Chinese salt ½ tsp

COOKING DIRECTIONS:
1) Heat 1 tbsp oil and fry the eggs.
2) Make the small pieces of fried eggs.
3) Now preheat remaining oil and fry chicken, spring onion, cabbage, carrot, peas and capsicum for two minutes.
4) Now add soya sauce, white vinegar, chinese salt, black pepper and salt and cook for two minutes.
5) Now combine rice with fried eggs and cook it for a while then steam it.
6) Chicken fried rice is ready to serve.

For making delicious meal use chili sauce.
