Chicken Pakora

Chicken Pakora is another variation of pakora with meat. You can make them and serve on iftaar dastarkhwaan with green dip and ketchuPakora 01p.


Latif Cooking Oil
Chicken Breast 2
Onion (chopped) 1
Ginger Garlic Paste ½ tbsp
Chili Powder ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/8 tsp
Garam Masala ½ tsp
Fennel Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder ¼ tsp
Ground Pepper ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Gram Flour ½ cup
Coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp


1) Combine the chopped chicken along with the spices and coriander.

2) Add the gram flour to the chicken mix and combine well. Make small balls out of the mixture.

3) Heat enough latif cooking oil for deep frying.

4) Add the balls into the hot latif cooking oil and fry over medium heat don’t overcrowd the pan.

5) Fry till the pakoras tum golden brown in color. Transfer to a kitchen paper towel.
