INGREDIENTS:
Mithoo Cooking Oil
Rice 4 cups boiled
Salt to taste
Chinese salt 1 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sesame oil ½ tsp
Eggs 2
Yellow food color pinch
Pepper corn crushed ½ tsp
Carrot 1 chopped
Capsicum 1 chopped
Spring onion 1 chopped

COOKING DIRECTIONS:
1) Beat eggs and add color.
2) Heat mithoo coking oil in wok.
3) Add eggs in mithoo cooking oil and scrumble them, then add vegetables and cook on high flame .
4) Add boiled rice, toss all the mixture, add salt, pepper, Chinese salt, soya sauce and vinegar.
5) In the end add sesame oil and serve Hot.
