Gulab Jamuns

Learn how to make Gulab Jamuns at home and surprise everyone by your prefect gulab jamuns.

INGREDIENTS:Gulab Jaman 01

Powder milk 1 cup
Egg 1
Semolina 2 tbsp
All purpose flour 1 tbsp
Clarified butter 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
For Sugar Syrup:
Water 2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Kewra water 1 tsp
Cardamoms powder ½

COOKING DIRECTIONS:

For Gulab Jamun:
Mix all together.
Make a smooth dough by rubbing it.
Make 12 balls out of it.
Deep fry on a very low flame till dark brown.
For Sugar Syrup:
Boil sugar, water, cardamoms powder, kewra water till dissolved and boil comes.
Add the fried gulab jamun in it.
Cover and simmer on low flame for 10 minutes.
