Flour: 1/2 kg
Whole wheat flour: 1.5 cups
Salt : 1.5 tsp
Water: 3 cups
Apna Banaspati Ghee
1) Mix flour and whole wheat flour with salt and knead well to make a smooth dough.
2) Leave it to rest for an hour. Divide the dough into 8 portions. Roll a portion out flat. Spread with 1 tsp apna banaspati ghee and slice in half down the middle.
3) Tightly roll up the two halves of dough into cones. Twist each cone into a ball and roll it out again into a flat circle.
4) Heat 2 tbsp apna banaspati ghee in a pan and fry the paratha on both sides.
