Mango Juice

In Ramadan to open your fast you need some energizing drink like mango juice. Instead of going for packet juice you should make it at home because it taste utterly delicious. You can blend mango as much as you want to even can leave some chunks.Mango Juice 01


  • Mango pulp 5 cup
  • Sugar (Cheeni) 4 cup
  • Water 4 cup
  • Citric acid 3, 1/2 tsp
  • Orange colour 1/4 tsp
  • Potassium metabisulphite 1/2 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Dissolve sugar in water and boil.
  2. To it add mango pulp and boil again.
  3. Dissolve citric acid and potassium metabisulphite and in 1, 1/4 cup of hot water, mix it in pulp.
  4. Pour into sterilised bottles and cork tightly.
  5. Keep for one week before serving.
