Shehroz Cooking Oil
Finger Fish 1/2 Kg
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard Paste 1 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Plain Flour 1 Cup
Breadcrumbs 1 Cup
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Finger Fish and put Lemon Juice, half Salt, Mustard Paste and mix it well and cover it and rest it for 30 minutes.
Step 2: After that take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Garlic Powder, Paprika Powder, Black Pepper Powder, half salt and mix it well.
Step 3: Take a bowl and add 2 eggs and beat it well.
Step 4: Now take a finger fish piece and coating with plain flour (from step 2) and then dip into eggs and then coating with Breadcrumbs. Follow this method for all.
Step 5: Now take a karahi/pan and deep fry it into preheated shehroz oil. use medium flame. Your Crispy Finger Fish is Ready.
